We are very proud to carry out the design and supply of the Immersion tank for VW Tennessee EV. A great contribution to the preservation of our planet is the development of these batteries for EVs. Our equipment simulates up to one year of EV life in a harsh winter environment (such as Southeast Michigan) by heating the package frame to 140°F (60°C) before diving into 40°F water (dyed in a color to make leaks easier to identify) for five minutes. Each immersion test cycle includes 20 tests which are like a Polar Bear Club output but for battery cases. With a capacity of 2,100 gallons (8 m³).
